Hi everyone,

I’m excited to release today the second episode of my new audio/video podcast, Ventures:

Blockchains, the State of the Crypto Ecosystem, Proof-of-Stake, and Figment Networks :: with Lorien Gabel, Andrew Cronk, and Tony Little

You can watch the show via the link above, or listen on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

This episode is both an introduction to the blockchain space (for those new), and a deep-dive into nuanced blockchain topics if you are an industry expert.

Also, for those subscribed to my health science topic on Satchel (you can do so here), you may have noticed I released part one of an article series over the weekend:

Whoop vs. Oura Ring vs. Apple Watch for Optimizing Sleep and Workout Performance with Continuous Glucose Monitoring and One Meal a Day: Part 1

This past spring while in quarantine with the rest of the world, I ran a 30-day N=1 experiment to see if I could optimize sleep and workout performance with one meal a day. I also thought it would be interesting to compare Whoop Strap, Oura Ring, and Apple Watch while wearing a Dexcom G6 to monitor glucose.

In this first post I describe the motivation for the study, details of the devices, and the type of data they can collect. Check it out.

Have a great rest of your week!

~Will

p.s. For the future or current software developers listening in, I also began writing up the first part of the curriculum I’ll be releasing this fall regarding learning to code with business, product, and collaboration sensibilities. Subscribe to the “Software Development” topic here to follow along as I publish initial chapters this summer. Thanks!
