Deep Dive Training in DISC, DRIVING FORCES, and EQ

Why: You want this training to train yourself and your people in the Science of Self to rise together to the next level. Mastery breeds confidence. Get the level of training you desire to confidently debrief and/or train others in DISC, Driving Forces, and EQ.  The Shandel Group Clarity Report and Clarity + report, utilize TTI’s most popular sciences and online learning platform. Our labs are 6 session classes that serve to supplement and enhance the self-guided  LEARN platform online education modules and Reference Manual for future DISC, Driving Forces, and EQ Certifications.

How: A Shandel Group Certified instructor is here to navigate you through your training in DISC, DRIVING FORCES, and EQ. You will come to each session having completed your assignments, we will answer any module questions, lead you to additional resources, assign you a debriefing partner, and facilitate the group in the processing of the material, adding insights and expertise to the process.

What: We will spend the first part of the class reviewing the LEARN platform and the cohort’s “a-ha’s”, then introduce new material to be covered, and together we will digest the information to prepare for the next session modules. Between each session, you will debrief a fellow cohort’s Clarity report for 60 minutes and they will debrief yours.

Expectations: All homework completed with enough time to process before coming to class. Your questions and participation drive the content. Please have your questions ready to ask, “a-ha’s” willing to share, and focused minds ready to comprehend. Meet with your buddy outside of class to practice debriefing reports and experience real-life examples of different styles and reports.

Rewards: DISC, Driving Forces, and Emotional intelligence brings self-awareness via the Clarity Reports also known as the Talent Insight Report or Trimetrix EQ. From self-awareness comes understanding others through a deep dive into the powerful information in this assessment. Once you better understand others your ability to communicate is greatly enhanced. You will be fully equipped to take our certification tests if that should be desired.
