Marketing, Web3, and the Metaverse book by Matthew Ball

I’ve been cranking through a bunch of audiobooks recently and really enjoyed Matthew Ball’s The Metaverse: And How It Will Revolutionize Everything.
Within a few chapters I realized this book is about a LOT more than just metaverses (like what Facebook or Yuga Labs is building), but is really about the past, present, and future of the Internet and technology.
My thought while listening to it was that I’d recommend this book to anyone interested in an extensive primer about where tech came from and is heading.
I agree with Matthew (and Mark Zuckerberg, who bet his entire company on it) that the future is certainly metaverse, and that underlying Web3 things are going to play a MAJOR role in it.
